 DMCA Copyright Policy for Fabints

​Fabints (fabints.com) respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 (DMCA), we will respond promptly to claims of copyright infringement committed using the Fabints website if such claims are reported to our designated Copyright Agent as detailed below.

1. Submitting a DMCA Takedown Notice

If you are a copyright owner, authorized to act on behalf of one, or authorized to act under any exclusive right under copyright, please report alleged copyright infringements taking place on or through the Site by completing the following DMCA Notice of Alleged Infringement and delivering it to our designated email address.

​Upon receipt of a valid Notice, we will take whatever action, in our sole discretion, we deem appropriate, including the removal of the challenged content from the Site.

​To file a DMCA takedown notice with us, you must provide a written communication that includes the following:

  • Physical or Electronic Signature: A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
  • Identification of the Copyrighted Work: Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or, if multiple copyrighted works on the Site are covered by a single notification, a representative list of such works.
  • Identification of the Infringing Material: Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity and that is to be removed or access to which is to be disabled, and information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate the material (e.g., the specific URL of the article or image).
  • Contact Information: Information reasonably sufficient to permit us to contact the complaining party, such as an address, telephone number, and, if available, an electronic mail address.
  • Good Faith Statement: A statement that the complaining party has a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  • Perjury Statement: A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that the complaining party is authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.

3. Counter-Notice Procedure

If you believe that your content was removed (or access to it was disabled) by mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to our contact email containing your physical/electronic signature, identification of the material removed, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed by mistake, and your contact details.

4. Repeat Infringer Policy

In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable law, Fabints has adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances and at Fabints's sole discretion, the access of users, contributors, or writers who are deemed to be repeat infringers.
